How to pass a BMC certificate? ›

To complete certification, you must watch videos and pass an exam for each of the Core Courses, and 1 Market sector course. Each video is between 15-30 minutes long. You must get at least a 75% on each exam. If you score lower than 75%, you can only retake each exam once.

Earning Criteria. The Bloomberg Badge is awarded to individuals who have completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) e-learning course certificate with an average score of 75% or higher across each of the following five modules: Economic Indicators, Fixed Income, Equities, Currencies, and Terminal Basics.

Can you retake the BMC? ›

Although you may retake BMC as often as you wish, only your first submission will be recorded and sent to your professor.

Once an exam is passed, participants may not retake the same exam until 3 months prior to their accreditation or certification expiration. Within three months of your certification expiration date, you may take the current exam for your certification level and product.
