    The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Management and Program Analyst (NH-0343-03) to work at the 412 Test Wing, Electronic Warfare Group, EW Business Division (EWB) at Edwards Air Force Base in Edwards, CA.

    Mission/Purpose:
    Serves as the 412th Electronic Warfare Group (EWG) Recruitment Manager, and primary liaison to the Edwards Air Force Base Civilian Personnel Section, with the responsibility of planning/executing the full range of recruitment strategies to obtain civilian employees with the necessary skills to carry out the mission of the 412th Test Wing (TW) engineering organizations, and related management advisory services for all organizations assigned to 412 EWG. Provides manning workload-forecasting information that includes capabilities utilization, schedule and resource expenditure profile for all organizations assigned to 412 EWG.

    Major Duties:
    - Manages the EWG Force Renewal Programs which encompass, Palace Acquire Program (PAQ), Premier College Intern Program (PCIP) and Science, Mathematics and Research for Transformation (SMART) programs.
    - Provides tactical and strategic recruitment services to organizations assigned to 412 EWG.
    - Develops guidance and procedures for the incorporation of new methodologies into existing Group Management Systems.
    - Establishes work center alliances, anticipates and fulfills the organizations manning and personnel needs.
    - Provides tactical and strategic recruitment services to organizations assigned to 412 EWG.
    - Leads or participates in special projects, job fairs, and university outreach associated with engineering recruitment and retention.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    - U.S. Citizenship
    - Obtain & maintain Security clearance (if applicable)
    - Must have knowledge of the operations, products, services, needs and goals of the test program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources and users.
    - Must have knowledge of data base management systems, requirements analysis, and data manipulation and extraction techniques for use in manpower and organizational analysis.
    - Must have ability in gathering, assembling, and analyzing facts; identifying changes, trends, and problems; applying analytical and evaluative techniques; drawing conclusions; and devising solutions to problems or issues of a procedural or factual nature in order to make appropriate recommendations.
